Hi! My name is Arjodita Mustali and I am an Albanian entrepreneur and start-up mentor.
I was born in Shkodra and I still see myself closely related to the typical energetic and at the same time easy-going attitude of the city. My interest in business started way before I knew what I wanted to do in my life.
Even though I graduated in Italian Language and Literature, starting off a career in Sales gave me purpose. I realized I was good at picking up interesting and useful features at just about any product. I went on using my gift in understanding what people want or need to build a stronger communication based on that.
Eventually, I decided to found my own business and partner with my colleagues and friends as my closest collaborators. This is still an on-going project that has inspired me into founding and supporting other start-ups.
As a start-up mentor, I would like to see the younger generation believe in their business ideas and invest their time and creativity in them. I believe that the opportunities a successful start-up creates for the whole society and the economy in particular are the cure to the notorious Brain Drain phenomenon.
