​I burnout. And, not from crappy things either. Life had gifted me so many wins, but somehow, it just took away my health and my happiness.  Deep in that dark space, I realized how far away I was from living my life, my version of success. And I had to get myself out of there. You know that place...its filed with anxiety, depression, panic, frenetic, high paced energy. The push, push, push place. 

Since then I have dedicated my time and effort to truly uncovering who I am beneath the layers of social conditioning and purposefully architecting a life around what I value. Now a writer, speaker, and liminal guide, who works in the messy, magical space between breakdown and becoming.

My work lives in the places where things fall apart — identities, relationships, stories we’ve outgrown — and helps people reclaim themselves with tenderness, truth, and a rhythm they can actually live inside. I blend poetic language with grounded coaching, emotional honesty with strategy, and the sacred with the very, very human.

Originally from South Africa, I now live in Lisbon — a city that feels like a mirror for this work: beautiful, wild, layered, and in constant rebirth. I work with clients and readers from around the world through books, voice notes, immersive containers, and soul-aligned coaching.

Queen of Hearts is my first book. It’s a poetic memoir of eros, shadow, and reclamation — part story, part ritual, part permission slip.

I create for those who are ready to come home to themselves — gently, fiercely, and on their own terms.

We are all told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here to do just that.  I am human, I am woman and I want to share my experiences in the hope of making you feel less alone, less weird, less shameful and less guilty and more accepting of who you are.  I hope my story provides some scaffolding to support you along the way to achieving your version of freedom.
