Françoise Falisse

Françoise has a special talent for supporting women who have undergone substantial changes in their personal and professional lives, as they moved abroad. She founded Women Abroad Coaching to guide, inspire and connect women to take their place in the world, and build a bright future, by listening to the voice of their heart. She designs programs that guide women to self-awareness, assisting them to discover how to leverage their multicultural experiences as a stepping stone to (re)defining their identity and personal leadership potential, so they can unleash their growth and build their confidence.
 
Françoise has always been driven by a taste for adventure, keen on learning and exploring new possibilities for growth and enjoying life. She is a creative and social person with a passion for foreign cultures and interpersonal communication. Her family is of paramount importance to her; she is married with three children. With 30 years’ experience in Belgium and abroad in Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria and Luxembourg, she understands the challenges that career momentum brings. She now considers herself a modern nomad. Françoise Falisse is a Belgian certified life and intercultural coach and trainer. She holds two Master’s degrees, one in Germanic Philology, English and Dutch, and one in Management, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Education from UCL in Belgium. Germanic philology is the study of Germanic languages, particularly from a comparative, linguistic and historical perspective with strong links to etymology. In the business world, Françoise has held roles such as relocation agent, commercial management, communications and human resources to direct advice to several Directorates-General.
