Red is an apparent masochist who has been working in sales for the last 15 years, seeing the nasty side of the sales straining and cultures that have been built on the wrong foundations.

This brought him to build Broken Salespeople, an organization that focuses on training and coaching salespeople and organizations in an emotionally intelligent (and effective) way.
