I am an international fitness coach and fat loss expert. I am a “fitness geek” there I have said it!

The human body is a fascinating machine. Our health is the single most precious thing we have and yet we often take it for granted. No amount of money can buy health.

Through exercise and good nutrition, it is possible to enjoy and make the most of what you do or want to.

I have trained thousands and no matter what part of the world I went to, I learned one thing: we as human beings have the potential and the drive to do whatever we put our minds to.

I don’t believe in quick-fix diets or spending hours on a treadmill, not unless you wish to become a marathon runner.

I have spent a lifetime studying the latest fitness and nutritional trends and have built the best programs to help people burn maximum body fat and become stronger, regardless of gender or age.

My four week CLS (Clean, Lean and Shred) body fat shred program has given many people the ability to incinerate body fat with incredible results.

We have one life, but I don’t believe we only get one shot, and it’s never too late to make it count, whatever it may be.
